You can walk on your lawn just a few minutes after we apply fertilizer and compost tea. If the lawn looks dry, it's fine to walk on. Our compost tea naturally penetrates the soil within minutes after application.

Our compost tea contains water, high-quality compost and worm castings, unsulfured molasses, kelp, vegetable oil, and organic fish fertilizers. Because the products we use contain only naturally occurring ingredients, they are generally considered safe for your family and pets.

We do have one caveat: please do not drink our compost tea. Other than that, walking on your lawn is perfectly fine.

15. What if I want all the services performed at once?

All services included in our subscription are scheduled throughout the year. For example, lawn mowing is performed on your preferred schedule, either weekly or bi-weekly. Fertilization is typically performed once every 3 to 4 months, depending on your lawn's needs and growth cycle. Core aeration and overseeding are generally scheduled toward the end of the year, and other services are performed as needed throughout the seasons.

16. What if I only want you to use a specific type of seed?

Our subscription assumes you trust us to select the seed types, blends, and varieties best suited for your lawn. This means we may use the seeds we determine are most appropriate to help maintain your lawn's health.

Depending on your lawn's condition and the season, we may use winter ryegrass, fescue, Bermuda, Zoysia, buffalo grass, or other seed blends that help prevent your lawn from deteriorating. In some cases, a specific grass variety may not germinate well due to site conditions, such as shade, so we may choose an alternative variety that is better suited for that area.

If you prefer to choose the specific seeds used on your lawn, we recommend our standard lawn care service, where you have full control over the seed varieties you want applied.

17. What if I subscribe mid-month or at the end of the month?

Our subscription only bills you for the services provided during that month. For example, if you're on a bi-weekly schedule and we complete only 1 of the 2 scheduled visits during your first month, you'll be billed for the 50% of the monthly subscription rate.

If you're on a weekly schedule and we complete 3 of the 4 scheduled visits during your first month, your bill will reflect 75% of the monthly subscription rate. If you start later in the month and receive only 1 of the 4 scheduled visits, you'll be billed for the 25% of the monthly subscription rate.

If no services are performed during the month, you will not be billed.
