Lawn Care Technician Offer

Our offer compensates long-term career employment. This is not a job. This is a career. Pay is above average compensation for your time and effort against industry standards. Everybody in our company starts from $15 per hour. We hire for humility, passion, and love, not just skills and experience. You will have a short week, working only 3 days a week, 12 hours per day. There is an optional 4th day for 4 hours that you may avail to clean and maintain equipment. Participation on the 4th day is not required. You will be paid on time, every time, one week with a hole. Meaning, your work this week will be paid on the following Friday by check or wire transfer. If you incur overtime, you will be paid overtime. We also provide paid training and continuous education, including certifications and licensing, to ensure you can reach your fullest potential. Lunch is on us every overtime and on every big projects. After 6 months in service, you will have 40 full hours of paid vacation every December 25th to January 5th, and 8 days paid sick leave, among other benefits our company will offer as we grow.
